An old sugar mill is the perfect place to set up shop for a cafe where shaved ice, chocolate, and coffee beverages are served up. Get your local products such as Kona coffee, chocolate nibs, and savory seasonings. You can also ask one of the staff to arrange a coffee bean and chocolate tour! There's a few storefronts on site including a cute surf shop and a soap company. On Saturdays, check out the local farmer's market which is one of the best around.
